OPTIONAL TOURIST PACKAGE ON LAKE GARDA - WITH CHECKS - STAMPING - CONVIVIAL ACTIVITIES

The XI Summer Marathon 2023 will give the opportunity to pilots who want to enjoy a relaxing day beforehand of the event to join "Waiting Summer Marathon".
The package provides for arrival on Thursday 8 June 2023 – with check-in from 3.00 pm – at the 4-star superior hotel.

The crew will be able to access the accreditation for the event, proceed with the administrative and sporting checks, as well as the technical control and punching, and pick up the technical kit and the VIP Package.
An open bar will be available for accredited members from 3.00pm to 7.00pm.
From 9.00 pm dinner will be served in one of the hotel restaurants.
Overnight stay and breakfast.
For the crews who adhere to the package, covered storage will be made available for the cars.
Fee for two people in a double room €450.00 per crew.
